Drone photogrammetry in Szczecin and across Poland

We create precise orthophotomaps, point clouds and 3D models from drone-acquired data. Our photogrammetric products serve the surveying, construction and agriculture sectors across Poland.

Drone photogrammetry produces precise 3D models, orthophotomaps and point clouds of terrain or built structures. We acquire data using a drone equipped with an RGB camera of up to 42 Mpx and a GNSS RTK receiver, achieving horizontal and vertical accuracy of 1-3 cm without the need for ground control points.

This service is aimed at surveyors, construction firms, property managers, local authorities and development investors. We carry out building inventories, stockpile and excavation volume measurements, construction site documentation, agricultural land orthophotomaps and 3D models of heritage structures.

Compared with traditional total-station surveying or terrestrial laser scanning, drone photogrammetry is 3-5 times faster and covers a larger area in a single survey session. A flight over 10 ha of terrain takes approximately 20-30 minutes, and we deliver the complete processed dataset within 3-5 working days.

1-3 cm accuracy without ground control points

A drone with a GNSS RTK receiver achieves centimetre-level georeferencing accuracy without the need to place ground-based GCP markers.

3-5 times faster than ground-based surveying

A flight over 10 ha of terrain takes approx. 25 minutes. A traditional total-station survey of the same area would require 2-3 working days.

Ready-made formats for GIS, CAD and BIM

We deliver orthophotomaps in GeoTIFF, point clouds in LAS/LAZ, mesh models in OBJ/PLY -- ready for direct import into your software.

Complete terrain documentation from a single flight

From one flight we generate an orthophotomap, DTM, DSM, point cloud and 3D model -- a full dataset for multiple types of analysis.

  1. 1

    Building inventory for property managers

A 3D model of a residential or office building with 2 cm accuracy -- the basis for planning renovations, extensions and refurbishments without multiple site visits.

  2. 2

    Stockpile and excavation volume measurements

Calculating volumes of stored earthworks, gravel or aggregate on construction sites and open-pit mines -- volumetric report delivered within 48 hours.

  3. 3

Construction progress monitoring every 2-4 weeks

Regular aerial surveys documenting successive stages of a project. Comparing orthophotomaps and 3D models against the design helps detect delays and deviations.

  4. 4

    Field maps for precision agriculture

Crop field maps at 2 cm/px resolution supporting fertilisation, spraying and irrigation planning. Data exported in formats compatible with agricultural machinery software.

How the project works

  1. 1

    Contact and requirements analysis

We define the project scope: terrain type, required accuracy, output data formats and delivery deadline.

  2. 2

    Flight mission planning

We set the flight parameters -- altitude, image overlap, ground sampling distance (GSD). We obtain permits if the site requires CAA clearance.

  3. 3

    Drone flight and image acquisition

We fly an automated mission along a pre-programmed route. For a 10 ha site, the flight takes approx. 25 minutes.

  4. 4

    Photogrammetric data processing

Aerial images are processed in photogrammetric software, generating the orthophotomap, point cloud, DTM and 3D model.

  5. 5

    Delivery of materials

We deliver the finished files in the agreed formats via a download link or data carrier. Typical turnaround: 3-5 working days from the flight.

What the client receives

  • Orthophotomap in GeoTIFF format (1-3 cm/px resolution)
  • Point cloud in LAS/LAZ format
  • 3D mesh model in OBJ or PLY format
  • Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and Digital Surface Model (DSM)
  • Accuracy report (GSD, RMSE, flight parameters)

Area of operation

Based in Szczecin. We carry out commissions across the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and -- by prior arrangement -- throughout Poland. We travel to the site in our own vehicle; travel up to 50 km from Szczecin is included in the price.
